What a great city – some friends and I went there this past weekend and were charmed by the place. Made me want to live there.

A new sports plan has been published.

This is some week for football – loads of good games in the chmapions league bundesliga and premier league.  The new sports plan has been posted.

We have some special lamb pies on this week – completely homemade and delicious.

Liverpool fans and Man city fans, we are going to show el Clasico on the main tv with sound on Saturday evening – Liverpool – Man City will be on at the back and we will try to have sound for it.

A bunch of us from the pub went to  a play on Friday night – dial M for murder at the KATAKOMB near the zoo. The pub is sponsoring the play. Very well done performance and we all enjoyed it. Good to see everyone at the pub afterwards, thank you all for your custom.

well, this is a lean week for sports fans – no league football because of the  international break. We will show all the Euro 2016 playoffs over the next 10 days or so before we get back to the serious football.

Sports plan has been updated in the live sports

Well, the big day is coming – the final of the rugby world cup is this Saturday at 1700. it seems like it has been a long time coming but we in the pub are looking for a cracking final. it’s Scotty the Kiwi vs Dave the Ozzie.

As it is halloween, we decided to have a rugby themed halloween party. Dress up like a player, a ref, a cheerleader, a goalpost….it doesn’t matter…the best costume as picked by me will win a real rugby World cup Gilbert ball so get those cauliflowers attached to your head and make it down to the pub for what should be a great evening.

Yep, everything back to normal now. a new sports plan has been posted.

I had a great 50th Birthday party on saturday night – lots of people having fun warmed the ol’ cockles of my heart.

So,  we won’t be finished work before 8PM at the earliest – apologies but it is work we had to do and with a pub that never closes, it is a bit difficult to get major work like this done before 5PM.
